Two young women from opposite corners of the state hope to spend the
next year pounding the pavement to tell the story of
the Michigan dairy industry.
Ashley Messing, Bad Axe, and Krista Beeker, Constantine, were chosen as the
2007 Michigan Dairy Ambassadors.

The Michigan Holstein Association (MHA) will hold its annual meeting
February 10 at the Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge and
Conference Center in Frankenmuth. The meeting will
be held in conjunction with the fifth
annual Great Lakes Regional Dairy Conference.

Members of the state’s dairy cattle associations will have an
opportunity to learn more about the resurgence of the
Michigan Purebred Dairy Cattle Association (PDCA) during
the annual All Breeds Bulletin

The first-ever Dairy Industry Recognition Banquet, honoring Michigan
producers and Michigan State University (MSU) students

Great Lakes Regional Dairy Conference.
